Veggie burger recipe by of 03-11-2015 [Updated on 20-01-2017]
Today's veggie burgers are the latest experiment that has become one of my favorite copyright fakes. After buying them once, I decided to prepare them homemade using the ingredients shown on the package, and I got an excellent result, doubly appreciated by the whole family. The recipe is very simple to make, but the quality of potatoes to choose is essential for its success, you have to take "old" potatoes, the yellow ones otherwise the burgers will not be able to compact. In that case, you will need to add either breadcrumbs, or an egg as a binder. That's all for today, I leave you to my veggie burgers and wish you a sweet day, basins: *
How to make veggie burgers
Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water for 20-30 minutes from boiling.
In the meantime, peel the carrot and the broccoli and steam them (the broccoli divided into florets, the whole carrot). It will take about 5-10 minutes.
When the potatoes are ready (check the cooking with a fork: if, inserting it up to the center, it comes off easily, they are ready) peel and mash them in a bowl.
Add the chopped vegetables and corn to the potatoes.
Season with salt, cheese and paprika and mix gently.
Then form the burgers with a pastry cutter, compacting well.
Gradually place the burgers on parchment paper and flour them with corn flour on both sides.
Brush a non-stick pan with a little oil and cook the veggie burgers over medium heat for a few minutes.
The ingredients are all cooked, so it will take 5-10 minutes to cook the burgers on both sides.
Halfway through cooking, turn them gently, using a spatula.
Serve your veggie burgers right away.
