Wash the peppers well, wipe them with a clean cloth and bake them at the right heat.
We then peel them, wash them (if necessary) and let them drain.
Meanwhile, grind the garlic, add a tablespoon of oil and strain until it becomes thick (it looks like mayonnaise).
Place the peppers in a bowl, season to taste with salt, oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with finely chopped basil and add the garlic sauce.
Keep cold until serving.
