RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken legs on a bed of vegetables:

Place the vegetables in layers in a bowl greased with a little olive oil. Potatoes, a few bunches of broccoli, corn kernels and slices of tomato. Everything is salted and peppered and sprinkled with plenty of grated cheese.

Washed, cleaned and seasoned thighs are placed on top of the vegetables.

Today we have a simple, dietary recipe that can be consumed in Dukan diet.

Chicken, vegetables and a slight smoky aroma.

It has the advantage that it is made quickly, we do not have to sit next to it to guard it and it is delicious.

4 lg tomato juice (or mashed potatoes)

How come:

Cut the vegetables into suitable pieces and place them in a tray / pan that goes in the oven.

Cover the pot with a lid and let it boil over medium heat, since it starts to boil in about 12-14 minutes the potatoes are ready, the best method is to test when they are ready. I served the steak accompanied by a few slices of potatoes over which I poured some vegetables from the steak, they also gave a good taste to the potatoes and a pleasant appearance.
