The turkey pulp is washed and placed in a tray slightly larger than it.
All the spices used (oregano, basil, cinnamon, salt and pepper) are mixed with tomato juice, oil, wine and water and poured over the meat.
Put it in the preheated oven and keep it until it browns nicely. Try it with a fork. If the fork enters the meat easily, it means that it is done. From time to time the oven is opened and the meat is sprinkled with the sauce from the tray.
Serve hot with the desired garnish.
